Tax preparation & planning

Tax preparation grounded in complete records and clear explanations.

The return can only be as reliable as the information behind it

Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate records, including tax documents, payment confirmations, entity information, income, expenses, ownership changes, and relevant notices. When the books are incomplete or do not agree with prior filings, cleanup or additional review may be required before the return can be completed.

Planning reduces uncertainty—not every tax liability

Planning can clarify estimated obligations, compensation, deductions, retirement contributions, purchases, and timing. It cannot guarantee a particular result or eliminate taxes that are legally due.

Deadlines require shared preparation

Document cutoffs are established so the return can be reviewed and completed accurately. Information received after the cutoff may require an extension, a revised completion date, or priority pricing if rush work is available.
