How scope is determined

Service complexity and relationship readiness are different questions.

A technically complicated business may be an excellent client when the records, access, communication, and approval process are reliable.

Complexity affects scope and price

Entities, accounts, transaction volume, payroll, tax types, historical cleanup, inventory, loans, and reporting needs all affect the work required.

Readiness affects timing

Work cannot move accurately without records, access, client answers, and authorization. Missing information may change the schedule.

Cleanup is not routine maintenance

Historical investigation and reconstruction are separately evaluated and priced before recurring service begins.

Urgency is a scheduling decision

Rush work is subject to capacity, complete information, and a separate fee when applicable.
